We have verry effective Topicts Subject. We have done two classes and it will go for 6 month.

Glorious Mission Nepal and Church Family made a Bamboo Church in 2010 in Kathmandu with rented Land. Orphanage has to move in to new place after six month of this. We have to pay huge money for the rent of orphanage Home and Church Land. Land price was very high due to political conflict. During this days Land has reasonable price. We want to buy Land for the Church and orphanage in Kathmandu. After long prayer we are putting funding program to you. Our goal is to have small peace of land for the building in Kathmandu to worship and honor our Lord God almighty. If we buy land for normal House it will cost 30000$ US in Kathmandu in village side but we would like to buy little but good for both Church and Orphanage. Which we need 10000$ US. Please Do pray for us. Share with your friends and help us to buy Land for Church and Orphanage. We are building Chicken House for Sarita and her family to generate income source in Hetauda. Sarita cannot see from birth. Her mother cannot move a hand, yet still work hard and struggle in nearest river bank to take sand to live. Last year Rev Ian recoment Sarita to go to blind school but due to her age and physical weakness, she couldn't complete. They lives in Refugee camp. Now she is at small home.
We are building a Chicken house for 50 Chicken for this family to provide them income source.
We were down there recently visiting and all the children are super excited about their new house. Great work everyone, keep it up!
As see in todays news here and here and on every front page of every paper for at least the last week
Gas is in short supply all across the valley, in what is the worst oil based product shortage in 20 years. You cannot venture down the road without seeing a bunch of police raiding one gas dealer or another suspected of hoarding cooking gas.
Some how during all of this we (at the orphanage) were supplied 3 cylinders about a week ago, which should be enough to ride us out through this storm. Normally we have nothing and find it hard to even get one! It is by the pure grace of God that we have ample supply here at the moment. How wonderful He is and how great is his provision for His children.
In other news, Pastor Kim from Korea was visiting recently and on thursday we conducted a baptism programme.
It is truly difficult to imagine how cold the water is in the Nepali winter.
May God bless them all and may they walk ever closer with Him all the days of their lives.
Thankyou pastors Kim, Jit and Dev for the service.

Since the build at Gorkha is underway I figured it was about time to post an update about how it all came about. So I asked my friend Matt to do a quick write up about how things happened back in New Zealand. Here it is:
------------------------------
My name is Matt Thomas, my wife Janine and I are Youth Pastors in Lower Hutt, New Zealand with the Salvation Army. On July 3rd I had the strangest thought...(in the shower I might add). It went like this "I should contact Adam (my old school friend who is currently in Nepal) and see if they need a church to be built in Nepal, and if I could raise the money, then go and build it"
So I sent him an email...Adam's email reply was this:
Hey buddy, Have ya happened to read the post I made last week or so here.
His Blog post was unknown to me during my shower, or when I emailed him about what I had envisioned. Adam's post proceeded to tell of the need for a church in Nepal. Coincidence? Not a chance, this was clearly the leading of an all powerful God! The time of building the Church relied on money, weather and materials and RIGHT NOW the time was right, the window of opportunity to build the church was September – November (after monsoon and before winter).
My wife and I discussed how we could make this happen, we knew it was not a possibility for us to fund it alone, or travel to this distant unknown land with a young child. We committed our ways to the Lord and we quickly found His heart for this project was far greater than we could comprehend.
The heavenly storehouses were wide open for this project and the funds for the Church, our travel, and travel expenses were raised in just 6 weeks. Thanks to God, His people and our awesome friends. So this is where the Journey begins. We are off to Nepal, to some crazy Village in the Himalayan jungle. Cant wait!
------------------------------
So with this bit of now history, I hope you get a bit of a view into the great things our Lord is doing in this country. Thank you to everyone who has contributed prayers or otherwise, such a huge change has come upon this small village. To everyone else, please feel free to join us. The journey is far from over :)
Ps. Current progress photos coming next post.
